Ive tried reporting the problem to Itunes without an answer. The application appears useful, but when sending the field information via email to my email address (es). The information never arrives in any of my email addresses to allow printing. I have complied with the IOS requirements but emails thusly no print. I hope the developer is able to fix the problem or give direction on better solutions to get the field info. printed out.
